All timings are Indian Standard Time. Meetings are by appointment — please call or write before visiting so that the partner you need is in the office. We also meet clients over video call, which is how we work with most of our overseas and out-of-state clients.

We publish notes on the Companies Act, NCLT practice, FEMA and governance, and we post job openings as they arise. Both channels are one-way and low volume — we do not send promotional messages.

If you are a Chartered Accountant or a Merchant Banker enquiring on behalf of a client, do say so. We take a substantial part of our work on referral and we do not offer accounting, statutory audit or taxation services, so we never compete with the firm that introduces us.
